Did you know that 9.3% of the food produced in India every year is lost due to improper storage methods? And that preservation can be used to make food available after natural disasters, in snowbound regions etc? Our team, consisting of Kirthi, Shashwati, Samyuktha, Shriank, Guhan, and Tarang aims to reduce this problem by listing the most efficient techniques of storage and preservation. They hope that the world might become a slightly better place through their efforts.
